CEMETERIES

Thirty-two cemeteries in Mexico City are currently at full capacity, according to statistics provided by the Legislative Assembly of Mexico City.  If demand continues at the present rate, there will soon be a critical shortage of burial space.  By 2008, cemeteries will be forced to deny further interments, according to the Ecological Forum on Cemeteries and Qualitative Funerary Services (La Jornada, 20/7/ 2005)

The rapidly diminishing availability of cemeteries in Mexico City is forcing people to look to nearby locations.  We have three sites that can meet this demand.  In Tultitlan, State of Mexico, we have a property with all the pre-existing permits and zoning to establish and operate a cemetery.  Another alternative is in Tenango del Aire, State of México, which is in close proximity to Mexico City and is adjacent to other cemeteries.  This land has the added benefit of providing tranquil vistas of the grand volcanoes of the Mexican valley.

The near saturation of available burial space in Mexico City offers a positive outlook for investment opportunities.  We strongly recommend that interested parties take advantage of the strategic need and crucial timing to invest in this business.   Please take a moment to review the information on this web page and contact us for additional information.
